Orders are accepted and processed in accordance with our Service Delivery Policy. Deliverables, notifications, invoices, and reports will be provided through your Oxydomain client dashboard and registered email.

Timelines quoted are estimates only. Actual delivery depends on receipt of required client inputs and third-party service providers.

Domain Services

As a domain reseller and registrar partner, the following terms apply:

  • Availability & Pricing: Domain availability is not guaranteed and premium domains are excluded from standard pricing.
  • Non-Instant Registration: Domain activation time may vary depending on the registry.
  • Non-Refundable: Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are final except as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • ICANN / Registry Locks: Domains may be subject to 60-day transfer locks and registry-specific rules.
  • ccTLD Requirements: Certain domains (such as .in) may require additional documentation.
  • Expiration & Redemption: You are solely responsible for timely domain renewals before expiration.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OxyDomain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
